As a mother of three, she understands the unique challenges that life stages can bring and is passionate about helping both women and men maintain health, fitness, and continence throughout their lives. Lisa’s expertise spans a wide range of pelvic health conditions, including pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy and post natal rehabilitation, bowel dysfunction and sexual pain and dysfunction.
